Stretch Marks Causes and Cures

Most women who suffer with stretch marks actively search for a way to remedy this invasive problem.
Statistics show that a large percentage of women suffer with stretch marks and that the best way to avoid stretch marks is to search for the common causes.
Stretch mark Causes:
A woman's body goes through a lot of significant changes through the course of her life.
During the teen years many young women experience a quick growth spurt that leaves them with stretch marks on their body, arms, and legs. This might of happened to you and many of your friends. Wouldn't you know it. During the most critical time in a young teen’s life they not only have to suffer acne, awkwardness, peer pressure, and yes stretch marks.
This is like a shock to the young teen’s system. The teen’s skin is not prepared to compensate for such rapid growth.
Later on in life when many women decide to lose a few pounds they are rewarded with weight loss and stretch marks. Losing weight too fast is the culprit in this case. That's one good reason to lose weight slowly and certainly many women notice stretch marks after pregnancy. Each pregnancy produces more stretch marks and women who lift weights on a regular basis find that they develop stretch marks due to the constant skin stretching exercises.
